On Thursday AugRobert Anthony Olsen Sr., age 81 of Abita Springs, LA passed away. Funck’s honor will be held on Tuesday Aug3:00 pm with visitation from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Slidell, LA. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Gertrude Funck. His brothers AJ Funck and Robert Funck (Sharon), nieces, Jennifer and Cindy, and Nephew Bobby Jo. (Katy), Brett Ginn, and Cherie Dehm (Erik), grandchildren Isabella, Braden, Evelyn, Breton, Hailey and Jessica, His children are Melissa Anthony (Bryan), Frederick Funck, Jr. Funck is survived by his loving wife Phyllis Funck. He loved God, family, and friends and will be missed dearly. Frederick was a Marine Engineer for many years for Delta Steamboat Company. He served his country in the Merchant Marines during the Vietnam War. He was born in New Orleans, LA on November 21, 1949. went to be with his Lord and Savior on August 16, 2022. Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Survived by 2 sons, William Glenn Mayfield and Winton Roy Mayfield and several Grandchildren.

Bobby is survived by his siblings Becky Pistorius (Bob), Keith Raney (Dana), Timothy Raney, Jeremy LeFrance, and Joshua LeFrance, his aunt whom was like a mother to him Brenda Hoover, and his uncle Henry Raney (Martha), Great uncle, George McClantoc and a host of cousins, nephews and nieces. and came from a long line of carpenters which he has been doing since he was 14 years old.

He loved being a bartender where he got to know and meet a lot of people. In his younger days he was a Roadie with Black Oak Arkansas, a former Merchant Marine, and at one point enjoyed building model cars.
